In 2016 Gary Dibley was asked to look at undertaking work on yet another strata building that needed major structural remedial works [This had occurred often over the years]. As their initial “build” was not undertaken well, there had been many issues for the Owners over the time and Gary was contracted to provide long term solutions to these ongoing issues.
Coming from a “hands on” building back ground spanning more than 37 years himself, Gary was already running a successful business specialising in quality residential renovations on the Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
He empathised with Owners, Body Corporates, Strata Managers, and the like, as they were really struggling to find someone they could trust to help them with “real” solutions in order to provide long term rectifications for their myriad of building issues - all the while making sure that a quality result was achieved at a reasonable price. So, it was, that Gary decided to provide a “full service” company in the remedial arena. He wanted a company whose whole emphasis was to provide the same level of Customer Focus he had provided for such a long time in his existing business - one with a professional, yet “boutique” building and remedial solution strategy. He was very keen to ensure that the company offered well founded solutions, that were executed in a timely fashion, and provided a quality result... So, “Experienced Building & Remedial Solutions” came into being.
